Bay Aging works to assure the delivery of efficient and appropriate services to older persons in order to help them remain as independent as possible, for as long as possible. The agency assists older residents in the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula with home repair and rehabilitative construction; energy conservation; furnace testing and replacement; well, septic and indoor plumbing improvements; home ownership; apartment rentals; and reverse-equity mortgage counseling.
